Further, we host ongoing Virtual Product Town Halls, highlighting the latest updates with live demos. Can’t make a live session? No worries, each one is recorded and available along with additional support tools in the training resources section of the Citywide Platform.
At PSD Citywide, our clients play an important role in the development of the Product Roadmap, which we share openly with them. From insights gained through customer support tickets to feedback from our Town Halls and User Group, our clients help to drive product development each and every day.
In addition to the ongoing support and education offered to clients is PSD Citywide’s Annual User Conference.
